SHADOWS
Shadows explores the dark spaces of Isolation and the dehumanisation of others. The noise of an industrial pump creates a changing soundscape, that disrupts and disturbs the slow ghosting movement of the performer as he cuts his way through the audience. The echoes of Shelley’s Frankenstein and Kafka’s Metamorphosis as well as the confinement of refugees in camps, drift through the piece.
